Using the AI Pitch Writer

  1. Access the AI Pitch Writer: From your Propel homepage, go to the “Content” section.

  2. Describe Your Pitch: Under “AI Pitch Writer,” paste a clear and concise description of your pitch (15–100 words).
    1. Preview Available Voices: Click the icon beside the voice selection box to view all available voices.
    2. Add a New Voice:
      1. Click “Add New Voice.”

      2. Provide a name for the new voice and paste a previously written pitch sample. This helps the AI learn your tone.

      3. Click “Save”: The AI will train on your sample and replicate your voice.
      4. Edit or Delete Voices: Use this menu to manage voice styles.

  3. Select a Voice: Choose your preferred voice style from the dropdown menu.

  4. Generate and Copy Your Pitch: Click “Generate”, review the result, and click “Copy” to use it in your outreach.

Using the AI Press Release Writer

  1. Navigate to the AI Press Release Writer: From the “Content” section, select the “AI Press Release Writer” tab.

  2. Follow the Same Steps: Input your description, select or add a voice, and click “Generate” to create a press release in your brand’s tone.
