Monitoring your PR campaign is crucial to understanding your Share of Voice and tracking coverage over time. Propel’s comprehensive, monitoring suite provides the tools you need to stay informed.

Steps to create a "Monitoring Project":
Click "Start Project".
Add the project name and select the related account. You can click the "Plus" icon anytime to add contributors to your entire project or for individual tasks.
Click "Create Monitoring Query".
Choose the Monitoring Categories you want to track.
You can create alerts for "Online and Print", and "Broadcast".
Set Up "Online and Print" Monitoring.
In the "Online and Print" tab, fill in the required fields:
Sources
Use the drop-down menu to select the genre of news you want to track and the nature of the source.
Blocked Sites
Enter the URLs of the sources you do not want Propel to scan for mentions.
Coverage Start Date
Select the date from when you want to start tracking the coverage.
Grouping Mentions
Check this box if you want to avoid recording duplicates. Note: This may lead to a few misses.
Query
Enter the keywords, countries, languages, and domains you want to track. For a detailed guide on writing queries, please click [here].
Set Up "Broadcast" Monitoring.
In the "Broadcast" tab, fill in the required fields:
Markets
Select the countries where you want to track the broadcast.
Query
Enter the keywords, countries, languages, and domains you want to track. For a detailed guide on writing queries, please click [here].
And that's it! You've completed the "Monitoring Project".
You can click "Convert to A-Z Project" to convert your "Content Project" into a full-blown PR pitching campaign.
