Follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your Outlook account and ensure the Propel plug-in has been enabled. Select "Open Sidebar".
    
2.  Select the desired Pitching Initiative from available options.
   
   
3.  Select This Media List and select the contacts you want to pitch to. 
   
   
4.  Add the desired messaging and select "Insert AI Intro". Then select "Mail Merge Drafts".
   
   
5.  Select Continue then Close. 
   
   
6.  Verify the personalized AI introduction that has been created for each recipient based on their most recent article or industry present in the Propel Database, and hit send.
