Resolving Propel Plugin Issues in Gmail
If you're having trouble with the Propel plugin in Gmail or experiencing issues sending emails, follow these steps to resolve the problem.
Steps to Troubleshoot the Propel Plugin
Ensure Your Browser is Updated
- Make sure your Chrome browser is up to date. Having the latest version ensures compatibility with the Propel plugin and smooth functionality.
Test Emails in Incognito Mode
- Try sending emails through Gmail in Incognito Mode or a different browser. This helps rule out browser extension conflicts or cache issues.
- If emails are successfully sent in Incognito Mode, clear your browser cache and disable any conflicting extensions.
Refresh Your Propel Credentials
If the issue persists, refresh your Propel credentials:
- Open this link to delete your credentials.
- A blank screen will appear, confirming that your credentials have been successfully deleted.
- Go back to Gmail and log in again with your Propel credentials.
Additional Notes
- If the Propel plugin is disabled, it won’t be active and may not function properly. Ensure that the plugin is enabled within your browser settings.
- Double-check that Pop-ups and redirects are allowed for Gmail to ensure the Propel plugin can open and interact correctly.
