How to Look for Relevant Journalists through Publications (Outlet Search)
Looking for the right journalists for your pitch? Propel makes it easy to search for journalists based on the publications they write for. Follow the steps below to discover and connect with relevant journalists.

Steps to Find Journalists Through Publications
Go to the "Discover" Tab: Navigate to the Discover section in Propel.
Click on ""Outlets"": From the Discover page, click on the Outlets tab to begin your search for publications.
Search for an Outlet: You can search for an outlet by:
Entering the name of the publication in the Name field.
Entering the URL or domain of the publication in the Domain field.
Click "Search": Hit the Search button to view results based on your search criteria.
View the Outlet Page: Click on the publication’s name to open a new tab, which will take you to the outlet’s page.
Check the Latest Articles: On the outlet page, you can check out the most recent articles published by the publication.
View Journalists for the Outlet: Click on the Journalists tab to view a list of journalists associated with the publication.
Add Journalists to Media Lists: Just like with the journalists search, you can select one or more journalists and add them to a specific media list for future pitching.
