Why is Propel showing me a message that my browser zoom level is not supported, and what can I do about this?
The Propel web application does not display correctly if your screen resolution is too low. If this is the case, you will see the error message above. This can happen for the following reasons:
- You have increased your browser zoom level
- You are using a very small monitor and the native screen resolution is not supported
- You are connecting from a mobile device such as a tablet or phone
If you are using a desktop or laptop, please zoom out in your browser (Chrome example):
If you are using a mobile device, it may not be possible to zoom out far enough. Propel does not currently support mobile devices, although we intend to add support in the future. For now, please switch to a desktop or laptop.
