"Content Project" in Propel helps you streamline the process of creating PR materials by allowing you to generate AI-powered or manually written pitches and press releases in one organized space.

Steps to create a "Content Project" in Propel:
- Click "Start Project".
- Add the project name and select the related account.
You can click the "Plus" icon anytime to add contributors to your entire project or for individual tasks.
- Click "Write Your Pitch".
- You can generate an AI pitch note by selecting the "Propel Standard Voice" or any other voice you’ve set up. You can also set up a new voice by adding a pitch you've already written.
- For an AI pitch note, write your prompt or a short description of what it’s about and click "Generate".
- Don’t forget to click "Save" to save your pitch note.
- For an AI pitch note, write your prompt or a short description of what it’s about and click "Generate".
- Alternatively, click on the small dropdown arrow to manually write the pitch by typing out the pitch subject line and body.
- Click "Go Back to Project Checklist". The buffering icon will convert to a green check icon, indicating that you have completed this step.
- Click "Write Your Press Release".
- You can generate an AI press release or manually add your own. Please follow the same steps as "Write Your Pitch".
That's it! You've successfully completed creating a "Content Project", making your PR efforts more streamlined and impactful.
You can click "Convert to A-Z Project" to convert your "Content Project" into a full-blown PR pitching campaign.
