- Follow-Up
The Follow-up option allows you to manually select the contacts you want to follow up with. Alternatively, you can click Add All Pitched to automatically add all the journalists you’ve previously pitched to. This ensures you never miss a follow-up and can connect with journalists at the right time. - Single Send
When you want to send a pitch individually, the Single Send option gives you two choices:- Send: Hit Send to send the email immediately.
- Schedule: Choose Schedule if you'd like to select the optimal time for the email to be sent. You can either:
- Select Pitch Booster to let Propel automatically choose the best time based on journalist engagement patterns.
- Pick your own custom date and time to ensure your pitch reaches the recipient when they’re most likely to engage.
- Mail Merge
The Mail Merge option is perfect for sending personalized emails to multiple recipients at once. With Send, you can send customized messages to multiple journalists without revealing the other recipients. This makes your outreach more individualized and efficient. - Generate Drafts
If you prefer to review emails before they go out, choose the Generate Drafts option. This creates draft emails for each recipient, allowing you to make any final tweaks or adjustments before sending the email. It's perfect for ensuring every detail is just right. - Schedule Mail Merge
Just like the Single Schedule option, the Schedule Mail Merge feature lets you plan when your emails will be sent. You can set a custom date and time, or select Pitch Booster to let Propel choose the best time for you. This ensures your mail merge emails are sent at the optimal moment, whether you're available or not.
