  1. Media Lists
    The Media Lists feature lets you quickly access and use your saved media lists. Here’s how it works:
    1. Select "Media Lists": Click on the “Media Lists” option to view all your saved media lists.
    2. Choose a Media List: Select “This Media List” to use the list tied to your current Pitching Initiative.
    3. Switch to Another List: You can also choose a different media list, and Propel will auto-populate your emails with the appropriate journalists and contacts, making your outreach faster and more targeted.
  2. Insert AI Pitch
    If you want to generate a pitch quickly and professionally, the Insert AI Pitch feature is here to help:
    1. Generate a Pitch: By selecting the Insert AI Pitch option, Propel’s AI will create a customized, polished pitch based on the inputs you provide.
    2. Refine and Personalize: Instead of starting from scratch, you can fine-tune the AI-generated pitch to suit your outreach goals.
  3. Insert AI Intro
    Adding a personal touch to your email can make all the difference. The Insert AI Intro feature helps you do just that:
    1. Personalized Intro: This feature generates an introduction tailored to the journalist’s recent articles or the topics they’ve written about.
    2. Enhance Engagement: With a personalized intro, your emails will stand out, making it easier to capture the journalist’s attention and improve your chances of success.
  4. Insert Placeholder
    For personalized outreach at scale, the Insert Placeholder feature allows you to insert dynamic information into your emails:
    1. Auto-Populate Fields: You can insert placeholders for details like the recipient’s name, publication, location, and other personalized information.
    2. Ensure Accuracy: Before sending, make sure the placeholders are filled correctly by reviewing the details in the dialog box that appears.
