      How to Use Propel’s AI Pitch and Press Release Writers (Content Dashboard)

      Using the AI Pitch Writer

      1. Access the AI Pitch Writer: From your Propel homepage, go to the “Content” section.

      2. Describe Your Pitch: Under “AI Pitch Writer,” paste a clear and concise description of your pitch (between 15 to 100 words) in the text box. Make sure the description is informative for the best results.
        1. Preview Available Voices: Click the small icon beside the voice selection box to view all available voices.

        2. Add a New Voice:
          1. Click the “Add New Voice” button.

          2. Provide a name for the new voice and paste in a sample pitch you’ve previously written. This sample will help our advanced AI understand your brand’s tone.

          3. Click “Save” to complete: Propel’s AI will train on your sample and replicate your unique voice.

          4. Edit or Delete Existing Voices: Use this menu to adjust or remove any voice styles you’ve previously created.
      3. Select a Voice: Choose the desired voice style for your pitch by selecting it from the dropdown menu.

      4. Generate and Copy Your Pitch: Once you’ve selected the voice, click “Generate.” Review your AI-crafted pitch and click “Copy” to paste it into your pitching platform.

      Using the AI Press Release Writer

      1. Navigate to the AI Press Release Writer: From the “Content” section, select the “AI Press Release Writer” tab.

      2. Follow the Same Steps: Input a clear description, select or create a voice, and click “Generate” to create a press release in your brand’s style.
