Propel’s Broadcast Monitoring allows you to easily save and share important broadcast clips directly from the platform. Follow the steps below to learn how to save, preview, and share broadcast clips with your team or external stakeholders.

Saving a Broadcast Clip
- Go to the Monitor Tab: Log into your Propel account and navigate to the "Monitor" tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select the Alert: Locate and select the alert associated with the broadcast clip you want to save.
- Choose the Broadcast Clip: From the list of clips displayed under the alert, find and select the specific broadcast clip you want to save.
- Open the Editor Tab: Click on the "Editor" tab to start editing your selected clip.
- Set the Start and End Timestamps: Adjust the clip by entering the desired start and end timestamps. This allows you to save only the specific portion of the clip that is relevant to you.
- Preview the Clip: Click "Preview" to ensure the selected portion of the clip is accurate before saving it.
- Finish and Save: Once you’re satisfied with the clip, click "Next" and then "Finish" to save it. Propel will email the saved clip directly to you for easy access.
Sharing a Broadcast clip
- Go to Saved Mentions: Navigate to the "Saved Mentions" section to view and manage all the broadcast clips you’ve saved.
- Share the Clip: To share the saved clip with external stakeholders, click the "Share" button. You can send it via email or generate a shareable link to distribute as needed.
